Under the Milky Way tonight-V-8544

As I waited for the ambient light to drop to a decent level, all I could hear was some kind of creature/bird making a sound not dis-similar to a raging Bull but of course I knew it wasn't!!:).
It was about a 100 metre walk and a crawl through a wire fence where I took a variety of exposures both vertical and horizontal and also lit the tree up with a small light, which I will endeavour to get up soon - very spooky out there.
This is the 'Cazneaux Tree' and the ramparts of Wilpena Pound can be seen in the distance.

Accessible by car.
