Rain Shaft Bolt-2-3072-Vert
40 seconds later we were hit by another even closer Flash and some Booming Thunder. About 2minutes later the Rain from the Shaft hit us, as the prevailing wind was from the East and getting very strong.
So for the next 10-15 minutes were had torrential rain hitting us from the front of the car but I still got soaked down my left hand side.
This rain shaft went on to put out a large Grass/Crop fire that had been started by Lightning some where near Swan Reach.
